- All structural members are manufactured from high quality cast iron (FC30) and hardened to a hardness of over HB190, then tempered to reduce internal stresses.
- The three axes are equipped with high-precision class P linear paths with large blocks.
- Sleeve width: 30 mm.
- Rear-mounted exhaust system to save space.
- Precision C3 class ball screws on three axes.
- Ball screw diameter: 32 mm.
- Efficient high performance AC servo motor drive enables 48 m/min rapid traverse speeds. Smooth movement combined with a powerful drive ensuring accurate finishing of the processed surface.
