The PINNACLE DV1432 double-column machining center enables heavy-duty machining while maintaining high cutting speeds. DV machines are designed for precise machining of heavy and large-sized workpieces. To ensure maximum stability during heavy machining, the five main components of the machine frame are made of Meehanite cast iron. Linear roller guides in the X/Y/Z axes ensure high dynamics while maintaining high load capacity. To enable machining at high spindle speeds, the machines are equipped with a direct spindle drive combined with a gear train. This solution enables high spindle torque.

Thanks to their wide range of equipment, the DV series machines can be customized to individual customer requirements. X-axis travel ranges from 1700mm to 4200mm and Z-axis travel up to 1100mm enable the machining of large-sized workpieces. The machine can be equipped with various angle heads, further enhancing its functionality.
