The PINNACLE DV1417 double-column machining center enables heavy machining with high cutting speed. DV machines are designed for precise machining of heavy and large-size details. In order to maintain maximum stability during heavy machining, the five main parts of the machine body are made of Meehanite cast iron. Linear roller guides in the X / Y / Z axes provide high dynamics of movement with high load at the same time. In order to be able to machine at high spindle speeds, the machines are equipped with a direct spindle drive in combination with a gear drive. This solution allows to obtain a high torque of the spindle.

The machines of the DV series, thanks to a wide range of equipment, can be adapted to individual customer requirements. The range of X axis travel from 1700mm to 4200mm and the Z axis up to 1100mm enable the processing of large-size details. The possibility of retrofitting the machine with various angle heads additionally increases its functionality.
