Machines (PINNACLE QV159 machining center - sliding guides (4 pcs. in Y axis) QV series are 3-axis vertical machining centers with a cross table that performs movements in the X/Y axis and a headstock that performs vertical movement in the Z axis. Sliding guides in all axes ensure high rigidity, enabling heavy machining. To ensure even greater rigidity and load capacity of the table, QV machines are equipped with 4 guides in the Y axis. QV series vertical machining centers can be equipped with a CNC rotary table, becoming 4- or even 5-axis machines.
The PINNACLE QV159 machining center - sliding guides (4 in the Y axis) of the QV series are 3-axis vertical machining centers with a cross table capable of X/Y movement and a headstock capable of vertical Z-axis movement. Sliding guides in all axes provide high rigidity, enabling heavy-duty machining. To ensure even greater rigidity and table load capacity, the QV machines are equipped with four guides in the Y axis. QV series vertical machining centers can be equipped with a CNC rotary table, transforming them into 4- or even 5-axis machines.
The machines can be equipped with gears from the renowned German brand ZF. Thanks to a wide range of accessories, the machines are suitable for both mold making and mass production. The X-axis travel of the QV series ranges from 1140mm to 2200mm. The machines are available with all the most popular controls available on the market, including: Fanuc, Sinumerik or Heidenhain.
