The IMET H 1200 double-column semi-automatic cutter is a band saw for straight cutting (90°), which ensures high working efficiency with reliable cutting quality and an optimized cutting process thanks to the blade inclined at an angle of 5°, which facilitates the penetration of the material even in the case of the largest sizes. The machine is suitable for pipes, tubes, solid materials and carpentry work.

Quantity

The machine has an electro-welded steel arc with a rigid tubular section and large thickness: this design avoids vibration, jamming or slowing down of the cutting speed during operation. The movement of the saw frame takes place on linear guides, perfectly balanced by a large diameter hydraulic cylinder.

The H line semi-automatic tape machines are equipped with a 10" touch screen mounted on a mobile console. The control on the panel gives the operator full control over all machine settings and work during cutting.

The H 1200 is equipped with a 5° inclined blade to ensure the highest and best cutting performance on any type of material of any size, even with larger diameters.

Combined with the inclined saw blade, the high blade tension (3000 kg/cm2) allows the saw blade to freely and easily cut through the bottom of large structures, improving cutting time and efficiency.

The H 800 and H 1200 recognize the starting cutting point thanks to a magnetic strip with an encoder for material reading: the operator must set the material size on the control panel, the machine starts automatically quickly lowering the saw frame to the set value. This process allows for a faster and easier approach to the material, helping to save time.

The machine is equipped with a mechanical cleaning brush with nylon teeth, thanks to which the blade is always perfectly clean and residues can be removed during operation.

Registered blade guides in metal washers and bearings. The movable blade guide is automatically held next to the cutting area.

The H 1200 is equipped with a full-stroke hydraulic horizontal vice, thanks to which the material is perfectly locked and ready for cutting.
