The IMET SIRIO 315 SH disc cutter is a semi-automatic disc cutter with a column feed for cutting from 0° to 45° to the right and from 0° to 60° to the left. An ideal machine for cutting bars and profiles (also with high durability).

IMET SIRIO 315 SH is a circular saw with vertical descent semiautomatic. SIRIO is suitable to cut up to 45° right and 60° left and can be used in professional workshops for production of steel profiles, tubes and pipes (even with high resistance materials).
All SIRIO circular saws have a rigid, solid vertical dovetail structure with that provides high stability during the cutting process, reducing vibrations and binding, helping saving blade file.

Clamping vice on adjustable guides, sliding on the working plate with rapid locking system managed by handwheel.
Perfect positioning and high cutting accuracy provided by adjustable easy stops system at 0° and 45° with graded scale and adjustable lenght stop.
40mm blade spindle that allows to mount both 315mm (standard) and 300mm blade (using a smaller blade, cutting capacity on the rounds is 100mm).
The semiautomatic version SIRIO 315 SH has electro-pneumatic functioing with hydraulic control of the head descend speed and pneumatic vice; easy regulation of the first and end-cut position with sliding limit switch.

Optional equipment (additionally paid):
- Minimal lubrication system - The lubrication system cancels the dispersion of the coolant without damaging or affecting the life of the blade. The system is equipped with a 1.3l tank and nozzle.
- Pneumatic vice (opening/closing synchronysed with the head motion).
- Vertical vice (to be used coupled with pneumatic vice).
- Two pairs of cast iron V jaws to fittings bundles and round bars (max diameter 85 mm.) with tools to mount them.

- Adapter to synchronize the RTD/RTP table and the head motion
