The machine has a strong, rigid saw frame made of electro-welded steel with a thick cross-section; To increase cutting efficiency and reduce binding, vibration and slowdown, the blade is tilted 10° at high tension (2000 kg/cm²).
Wide working area with excellent support over the entire material surface to increase cutting stability.
All machine movements are ensured by state-of-the-art guides with recycled ball screws (system used for arc movement, vice and movable blade guides) with high static and dynamic load capacity to avoid friction.
The H 820 is equipped with a laser system that detects the first point of the starting cut; the laser automatically detects the material as it lowers the saw frame, allowing you to optimize cutting time and efficiency. Final cutting is performed using a mechanical microswitch.
Control from the machine panel gives full control over the cutting process; the lowering of the saw frame is controlled by two hydraulic regulators located on the control panel; these adjusters act on the lowering speed and penetration force of the blade.
There is also an integrated and removable residue collection tank with lubrication device, equipped with an electric pump and section taps. Three ways of operation: always on, working only during cutting process, always off.
