The EUROMET W4 CNC milling plotter is designed for precise milling, engraving, and machining of materials such as wood, MDF, plastics, and light metals. The device is used in the furniture and automotive industries, prototyping, education, and other areas requiring high machining accuracy.
Distinguishing features:
- The rigid, welded H-frame, double-heat-treated, ensures stability and durability during operation.
- The water-cooled milling spindle, with a power of 15 kW and speeds up to 24,000 rpm, also allows threading.
- The hybrid table with a vacuum system, T-slots, 6 vacuum zones, and a 50 mm thick MDF board ensures stable material clamping.
- The automatic tool changer with a 12-station tool magazine reduces setup times and streamlines the machining process.
- Linear guides and PMI ball screws in the X, Y, and Z axes support precise and repeatable positioning.
- The Syntec control system with a handwheel simplifies machine operation and process control.
- Tool and material length sensors enable precise setting of operating parameters.
- Traverse speeds of up to 45 m/min and a maximum machining speed of 24 m/min ensure high productivity.
- Yaskawa servo drives, a Fuling/Sifang inverter, and an FCUP lubrication system enhance the system's reliability. Safety fencing and electrical and pneumatic safeguards enhance operational safety.
