The KENT USA KGS 150 surface grinding machine is manufactured by the KENT company, which has been known for many years on the market. Grinders are used in all industrial plants, they are designed for continuous operation. They are characterized by a modern and stable structure. The main bodies are made of precise iron castings. As a result, the structure is suitably heavy and rigid, and damps vibrations. The grinders have a wide range of standard equipment.
The spindle is based on angular contact bearings. The stress of the bearings ensures a backlash-free operation of the spindle, thanks to which a grinding accuracy of up to 2 microns can be obtained.
Details with small dimensions may be less well held by a magnetic table with a standard pitch. In order to ensure correct holding of small details, a magnetic table with a smaller pitch should be used (optional).
