The EUROMET FOZ500 hobbing machine is equipped with a central lubrication system and a cooling system. It has safety-required covers for the working space and moving parts of the machine. The machine is used in serial, small-lot and unit production of gears, worm wheels, splined shafts and other shapes located on external cylindrical surfaces.

FOZ machine tools, thanks to the double walls of the column and bed, are characterized by high stiffness and very small thermal deformations, which ensures high-efficiency and accurate machining with high cutting parameters.
The machines are easy to use and adjust, so one operator can operate several machines at the same time.
When machining wheels, axial feed is possible clockwise and counterclockwise.
