The TK 460x1000 CNC lathe is designed for the processing of external and internal surfaces, it has the option of turning cones, making spherical surfaces (thanks to circular interpolation) as well as cutting all kinds of threads (cylindrical, conical, face). A Siemens 808D CNC control is used to control the lathe.
The TK 460x1000 CNC lathe is designed for the processing of external and internal surfaces, it has the option of turning cones, making spherical surfaces (thanks to circular interpolation) as well as cutting all kinds of threads (cylindrical, conical, face). A Siemens 808D CNC control is used to control the lathe. An inverter is used as the main drive, which ensures smooth regulation of the spindle speed in the entire range. The machine is available with a 6 position automatic tool head, a hydraulic lathe chuck and a hydraulic tailstock. The central lubrication system ensures proper operation of the ball screws and a long service life of the bed guides.
