The IMET SIRIO 370 is a hand-held circular saw with vertical drop, the ideal professional work tool for cutting steel profiles and high-strength steel. The machine cuts from 0° to 45° to the right and from 0° to 60° to the left and has a rigid vertical structure that guarantees great stability, avoiding vibrations during cutting to ensure the best performance.
SIRIO 370 is a hand saw that performs vertical cuts with a circular saw. SIRIO models are characterized by high structural stability, which helps reduce vibration and movement of the miter saw during cutting. The rigid vertical structure is made of cast iron and has a large contact surface between the machine head and the structure to ensure even greater solidity during use.
The machine is equipped with a system with adjustable stops in the range of 0° and 45°, an adjustable bar stop and a graduated scale for other angles and maximum positioning precision.
All SIRIO circular saws are standard equipped with a quick lateral movement of the front vice, enabling positioning and quick locking on the work surface.
DEVICE FEATURES:
- The machine is designed for cutting carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, etc.
- Possibility of cutting at an angle of up to 45 degrees to the left and 60 degrees to the right
Optional equipment (paid additionally):
- pneumatic vice (opening/closing synchronized with the movement of the head).
- 370X3X40 blade can be mounted.
- standard blade speed is 15/30 rpm and can be doubled at 30/60 rpm; by matching the double speed to the inverter speed variator, it is possible to request a speed of 30/140 rpm.
- lubrication system eliminates coolant dispersion without damaging or affecting blade life. The system is equipped with a 1.3 liter tank and a nozzle.
- two pairs of cast iron V jaws for fixing packages and round bars (max. diameter 85 mm) with tools for their assembly.
- adapter for synchronizing the RTD/RTP table and head movement
