IMET H 601 column semi-automatic cutting machine with hydraulic movement of the cutting saw. The machine can cut from 0° to 60° to the left. The IMET H 601 band saw is an excellent working tool for cutting pipes, rods and solid materials (up to 280 mm in the round) and is suitable for carpentry work.

The machine has a wide working area to fully support the material during cutting. The plate is supported by a central pin with pre-tensioned bearings.
The H 601 worktable has a cutting degree reporting system on the platen, which allows you to always maintain the highest precision and accuracy when setting the cutting angle.
The H 601 has a rigid, electro-welded tubular steel saw frame that ensures maximum stability during operation. T Movement of the saw on the large column through two linear guides with recirculating ball screws. To increase cutting efficiency, the band saw has a very high blade tension (2000 kg/cm2).
The H 601 allows you to achieve the highest efficiency and high cutting efficiency even on large cross-sections thanks to the 6° blade inclination, which facilitates the penetration of the material even in the case of solid and solid objects and helps to avoid vibrations, jamming or slowdowns during operation.
The offer also includes a hydraulic locking vice sliding on a chrome-plated rod with closing jaws 260 mm high.
To facilitate the rapid approach of the saw blade to the material, the machine is equipped with an innovative mechanical material detection device that allows you to easily and automatically set the first cutting point.
The machine is equipped with a microswitch control on the movable blade guide for automatic detection of the cutting end point.
The machine has an additional support roller placed on the loading side for better material support even in the case of larger sizes. There is also a predisposition to roller table on the loading side.
The stand-alone, mobile control panel gives the operator full control over the cutting process, enabling the setting of all main operating parameters thanks to an easy interface.
The machine is equipped with ESC, an electronic variable speed inverter, making it suitable for cutting various materials.
