Rotary table: precise table driven by servo motor, position read from the encoder, rotation pitch at the input 0.001˚, full 360˚ axis control. Mechanical lock when the table is set at the angle of 0 ˚ -90 ˚ -180 ˚ -270 ˚. In the entire range of table rotation, after its setting, a hydraulic clamp. The mass of the processed detail is 5000 kg.
Body: column, turntable bed 2 sliding guides, main bed 4 sliding guides, uniform castings. For HB-110-20T, the main bed has 3 guides, the bed under the column has 3 guides, the Y axis is realized by moving the column with the headstock. Uniform castings. Readout of the position for the X, Y, Z axes from the rulers.
Spindle: 110mm, ISO50, W 550mm axis, dual roller bearings, high precision NN. 2-speed automatic transmission. Spindle rotation 2500 rpm, torque 135 kg-m. Readout of the position for the W axis from a ruler.
