MACKMA BM42A is the only mandrelless bending machine available on the market with the ability to bend pipes to the right and left. This is possible thanks to the use of a double-sided matrix holder. This innovative design allows bending pipes with a diameter of up to 48 mm for a wall thickness of 1.5 mm with a minimum radius of 3xOD and a maximum radius of 260 mm.

Manual pipe clamping controlled by a knob with a counter - to guarantee the highest possible level of repeatability. Easy-to-use control panel built into the body. Allows you to save up to 99 programs.
A potentiometer cooperating with the inverter regulates the bending speed depending on the diameter and wall thickness. The design of the machine allows you to create complex bends that require the pipe to pass under the work plate. The modular structure of the bending die pin makes it possible to use tools from other companies.
The machine is mounted on precise wheels for easy movement around production halls.
The bending machine is powered only by an electric motor - without hydraulic elements. This results in low noise levels and operating costs.
The manufacturer uses high-quality Italian components that ensure long durability (2-year warranty).
