MACKMA BM34 is the only mandrelless bending machine available on the market with the ability to bend pipes to the right and left. This is possible thanks to the use of a double-sided matrix holder. This innovative design allows for bending pipes with a diameter of up to 33.4 mm and a wall thickness of 3.38. The maximum bending radius in the pipe axis is 170 mm.

Quantity

Manual pipe clamping controlled by a knob with a counter - to guarantee the highest possible level of repeatability.

The bending speed is adjusted using an inverter in the range from 2 to 3 rpm. The modular structure of the bending die pin makes it possible to use tools from other manufacturers. The engine controlled by an inverter reduces electricity consumption to a minimum.

The bending machine is powered only by an electric motor - without hydraulic elements. This results in a low noise level and reduced operating costs.

To ensure long-term reliability, 100% of the components used in production are of Italian origin. The standard 2-year warranty is proof of the high quality of the machines.
