Metal shavings can contain significant amounts of oils and emulsions, which are often very expensive. During the briquetting process, it is possible to recover approximately 98% of the liquid inside the chips. Through the hydraulic circuit inside the briquetting press, the liquids will be sent back to the machining centers, which will result in reduced product consumption and economic savings.

Briquettes intended for foundries have a higher commercial value than chips because during melting they significantly increase the yield of material and can be loaded directly into melting furnaces without prior treatment of emulsion liquids. They are qualitatively superior to chips, which on the other hand are subject to oxidation, reduction and shrinkage.

The control panel allows you to program cycles, stop or start the machine, check the operating status, number of work cycles, machine energy savings, analyze and manage the level of the liquid collecting pump and count the number of briquettes made.

Additionally, using an RJ45 network cable and thanks to the management software provided by us, you can connect the machine to computer systems that will allow you to program it, set a work order, check work progress, configure settings for specific chips, manage the amount of briquettes produced, monitor alarm status, update software and request remote technical support from the team.
