The CKE 360 CNC lathe is intended for the processing of external and internal surfaces. It has the option of turning cones, making spherical surfaces (thanks to circular interpolation), as well as cutting all kinds of threads (cylindrical, conical, face).
The lathe is controlled by a CNC control: FANUC or SINUMERIC. The device can be equipped with a spindle drive, which can use:
- shift wheels - three speed ranges
- inverter - smooth regulation in each of the three ranges
- servomotor - smooth, stepless regulation in the entire range
The machine is available with a 4-position electrically operated knife holder or with a 6-position head, and a manual or hydraulic lathe chuck and a tailstock.
The central lubrication system ensures proper operation of the ball screws and a long service life of the bed guides. The lathe is equipped with a brake at the end of the motor shaft and tight covers to protect the operator from chips and coolant.
