The ZH 2040X4.5E hydraulic bending machine is characterized by a structure made of welded steel plates tempered to reduce welding stresses. Its upper knife moves using two hydraulic actuators with the ability to adjust the pressure force. A light curtain is installed at the front of the machine to protect the operator's work. The device is controlled by a foot button.

The ZH 2040X4.5E hydraulic bending machine features:
- a structure made of welded steel plates tempered to eliminate welding stresses
- the upper knife moves using two hydraulic cylinders with the ability to adjust the pressure force
- the bending knife moves using two hydraulic cylinders
- The rear bumper, thanks to the use of ball screws and a servo motor, guarantees precision and repeatability of the details
- control is via a touch screen with the option of setting the bending angle and setting the rear bumper. It is possible to save programs in the controller for later playback
- a light curtain is installed at the front of the machine to protect the operator's work
- the machine is controlled by a foot button
