The deburring machine SOCO EF-AC/115 is a pneumatic pipe chamfering machine, equipped with a universal clamping system, enabling the clamping of a wide range of different diameters of pipes and solid bars. It is also equipped with a 2-stage feed speed system with adjustable stroke to create a smooth and clean surface.
The deburring machine SOCO EF-AC/115 is a pneumatic pipe chamfering machine, equipped with a universal clamping system, enabling the clamping of a wide range of different diameters of pipes and solid bars. It is also equipped with a 2-stage feed speed system with adjustable stroke to create a smooth and clean surface.
It is able to simultaneously evenly chamfer the 3 planes of the tube (inside, outside and front), as well as to chamfer the outer edge of the solid rod. Standard chamfer angles for inner and outer edges are 30 and 45 degrees, but different chamfer angles can be made upon request.
Dimensions (mild steel)
- For solid bars 15 mm - 60 mm (diameter, only bevel edge)
- For 16mm - 115mm round tubes (outer diameter)
