Manual band saw IMET GBS 242 GH Auto Cut enabling cutting at an angle - arm torsion to the right and left - and hydraulic feed. The machine is equipped with a manual vice with quick clamping, manual lifting of the arm, cooling system, two cutting speeds and smoothly adjustable feed. Cutting tool - bimetallic strip, height 27 mm, is precisely guided in cubes made of sintered carbides.

GBS 242 GH ma duży blat roboczy z obrotowym zintegrowanym z pałąkiem zaprojektowanym tak, aby uniknąć nacięć na tym samym łożysku kulkowym w celu łatwego obracania.
Imadło z regulowanymi prowadnicami, przesuwające się poprzecznie po powierzchni roboczej i szybkim podejściem do ciętego materiału.
Prowadnice ostrza modelu GBS 242 GH są wyposażone we wkładki z węglików spiekanych i dodatkowe łożyska przednie dla optymalnego ustawienia ostrza.
Bimetalowe ostrze ma wymiary 2965 x 27 x 0,9 mm i pracuje z prędkością od 35 do 70 metrów na minutę, co czyni go idealnym narzędziem do obróbki stali i żeliwa.
System kontrolowanego opuszczania jest wyposażony w automatyczną obsługę z 3-pozycyjnym selektorem dla:
