DENER DMP-200-30 Hydraulic Press Brake

SMART-CNC hydraulic press brakes produced by DENER company are designed and built according to all CE directives. Materials used for production are best quality and endurance – that provides longest and failure-free job.

CNC controlled SMART-CNC DENER press brakes are controlled by DELEM CNC control system, able to control up to 4 axis. Machine as standard is equipped with 3 axes full CNC control (Y1, Y2, X). Adding manually or automatically controlled crowning, machine is able to produce high quality and accuracy details with best repeatability.

Two separate hydraulic cylinders that move the ram are fully controlled by separate servo-valves and also equipped with two autonomous linear encoders.

5-point ram lead system has big influence on best rigidity and bending precision. Best brand parts like Delem, Bosch, Rexroth, Siemens, Telemecanique make this machine best quality and reliability product.
